Our People.
Starting with a small team of five in 2012, A&P Australia rapidly grew to operate a team of over 80 dedicated employees, offering all facets of a modern defence sustainment organisation. Ranging from our origins in ship repair and sustainment, and now including asset management and design and engineering for major platform systems, weapons, communications and specialist mission systems.
A&P Australia also offers a graduate program for those leaving university and is proud to see so many young people begin their career through the business.
